I came in today with an infected tooth and my two year old son. The entire staff was polite and kind. Went out of their way to be sweet to my son. They were talkative and it was just a good experience all around.

Very helpful and friendly throughout, I was scared to death to get my teeth pulled. Knowing that I'd only have what they give me to rely on for the rest of my life. I had to make sure that I trusted them and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They was patient with the probably 200 silly questions I asked. Helped me figure out my insurance, getting the best set they offer and I still didn't have to pay near what I expected. Thanks you made my decision to go with you easier than expected.

Total waste of anyone's money to pay aspen dental a visit in crawfordsville
Patient here... For the procedures that I have had that required the root canal doctor, it was payment required before the appointment could be made. That is likely because that doctor only visits once a month and with a limited schedule for that day, I could see why that is the policy. However, the payment can be made different ways. If you carry insurance, that could be returned to you once your claim is submitted. Tbh, the payment up front was difficult for me, but I found a reasonable way to manage and I still had/have a good experience there.
There service is very poor. Wouldn't recommend aspen dental to anybody. They are a franchise which means it's all about the money to these people.
