Dealership tried to add $5000.00 ADM to my Lightning order which Ford told dealers specifically not to do. When I asked about the added fee I was told all dealers are doing it and a bunch of other lies. I switched dealers. No ADM at the dealer I switched to. Hopefully they lost their ability to sell EV's in the future. Very shady.

I Purchased a vehicle here a few weeks ago and I had in incredible experience. I was greeted within 15 seconds of getting out of my car and was offered a coffee or water immediately. The Salesman Sergio was transparent and honest with me from the beginning and made me feel secure and comfortable. They were all very friendly and the manager Eric came over and introduced himself which I thought was a very nice touch. The last dealership I went to didn’t bother to greet me and I don’t think I ever got anyones name during the entire ordeal, in my opinion this place should be the gold standard of how dealerships should operate. Sergio was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car for me. I went into the finance office and things went just as smoothly so Performance has earned a life time customer. Highly recommended!!!

Low quality dealership sales process. .. #1 - Arrived to look at an F-150 that was clearly advertised as certified, for an asking price $40,900. After sitting down with the salesman, he indicated that the sales price was indeed 40,900, but if I "wanted it to be certified", it's an extra $1100.00. Also, this is in addition to their dealer fee of $750.00 plus tax, title, and tags. Essentially, they advertise the vehicle as certified, for a set price, then tell the customer if they want it certified it's more money. Typical DIRTY sales tactics. #2 - Be aware - they ask top dollar for the vehicles in their inventory and offer no flexibility on pricing, yet will only offer wholesale price for your trade-in (that means that they will offer lower than the lowest KBB "trade in value", even if your vehicle is in "excellent" condition). Fine example of a car dealership taking advantage of consumers in difficult market conditions.

Our 2 year old truck was towed there twice in 7 days because it wouldn't start and is still there. We were told they don't have loaner cars.
