The worst bank I have ever let handle my money. My card expired before they sent me a new one . Getting a new one took well over 2 weeks. Communication is TERIIBLE. You can never speak to anyone directly. Mailbox stays full therefore you cant leave a message. Card stopped working on a weekend. Showing it expired but the date on the face of card clearly shows it isn't. Stay away..

Terrible banking experience. I have been with them since 2016 and it has been horrible. If you lose your debit card you have to practically harass them to order it or else they won’t (I once waited TWO months for one because it was never ordered after I called multiple times). They take random $10 fees out now, which has never happened before. As great as a credit union is, this is not the one to join.
