There is no such thing as a 20 year architectural shingle. They are all called limited lifetime warranty shingles now, with the basic architectural shingles corresponding with what used to be called 30 year shingles. NOTE: These shingles last about 20 years if installed correctly, as the "30 year" nomenclature is misleading. So actually your request is not technically correct within the shingle and roofing field, but is pretty accurate in the real world ie a "30 year" lasts 20 years and that's about the best case scenario. Of course installation methods, exposure, weather, location, ATTIC VENTING, etc. all affect the longevity of the asphalt shingle roof system. Without attic venting, you will be lucky to get 15 years out of them. And to answer your question, it's according to the brand of shingle and quantity you are purchasing. As a rough number though you can use roughly $100 per square for the shingles ONLY. Before covid, that $100 would include the shingles AND the accessories.
