Madison Honda is by far the best Honda dealership I've been to. Their sales consultant Kyle Becker was the most patient, responsive, and tenacious sales rep I've met ever - texting daily for an entire week to follow up on my availability to visit the dealership and updating me with vehicle availability, leading up to my purchase of the '23 HRV EX-L. Finance Manager Laura was clear, straight to the point, and patiently answered my questions. Both Kyle and Laura made the whole car buying process simple and easy. :)

Everyone wears a mask they have the barriers between the sales reps and customers they had the automatic hand sanitizer stands at the entrance and on each sales reps desk (ask for Robert) very professional I recommend him for all your car needs
Pilot, Odyssey is lower to the ground and front wheel drive, great in the snow. Haha! Odyssey seats seven and Pilot up to 8. Pilot most likely is all wheel drive. I have triplets and we had a Ridgeline and Pilot. Don't waste your money on top of the line Pilot, Touring model is optioned enough especially with a bench seat in the middle.
For all Hondas current and past year models, an option on the dashboard can show you when to get your next oil change. Usually rule of thumb is every 3k miles but with some models that a different oil that is synthetic, it's every 5k miles. Either way, instead of determining oil change by mileage you can do this based on oil "life" so once this is close to 0% it's time for your next oil change
Service department located on the lower level of the building. Follow the service department signs that will lead you down and around back. If it is raining then you will be able to pull into the service department without getting wet!
