We were changing the title of our car into our daughters name and had a problem with our documentation. The person helping us was extremely patient and professional. She helped us resolve the problem.

Good luck with that one if you’re a woman who has been divorced. I’ve gone down there 4 times and every time I do they ask for something else. The funny part? I was born right here in Augusta, GA.
Yes, as said before me, that would help, plus death certificate, an i.d. as his wife, bills etc....they will help you much as they can. Sorry for your lost.

I'm the registered owner of a private vehicle that my spouse normally drives. My spouse is disabled. I printed out the form for the doctor to sign. Where do I put the make/model/VIN on the vehicle? I only see where you put them for a commercial veh.

No they don't. You must provide it and they inspect it from top to bottom to be sure everything is in working order.
