SO for a court that had gone 100% paperless, digital, their workspace has become a safe haven because if they talk to the customers the way they do over the phone, in person they would be getting paper work filed ON them verses filing them. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT. For example, insider terms and acronyms are not common knowledge to those that don't work your field everyday, so when a customer doesn't know a meaning or definition, that's the opportunity for you to make your job easier by simply explaining, but you belittle and waste time. And to increase tensions, instead of communicating like a mature adult the CLERK hangs up in the middle of the call. If and/or when I do get the opportunity to be present, I want the same "safe place" energy. The whole operation needs a revamp. Where is the repercussions for such service? Clearly there are none considering there are so many post just like mines. Another example of how the system isn't for my people.

Took a while. There should be a clearly defined process for getting a Trade Name. Go through security, keep straight, office is on the right. For Trade Names...first- make a right after entering the office: go to the Real Estate section. You will search the four trade-name books to ensure no duplicates. Afterwards, exit real estate back into the main lobby. Present the form from the website or they will provide the form. You will pay a 3% surcharge if not paying cash. They will ONLY notarize forms produced by that office. I would suggest going to Anytime Notary services at the Cybercenter, on the 3rd floor at the Clubhou.se.

I never once in my life had bad experience with any office or company as much as I did with this clerk office, I moved to Augusta from Washington DC and just wanted some sort of direction for business opening questions , first I’m going to say I tried calling the number and all I got was them hanging up , and eventually started going to straight voicemail, as if they either blocked my number or somehow unplugged the office phone to not receive calls which is ridiculous, so I go down to the office and the clerks are so rude and dismissive to the point where it’s almost feels like it’s on purpose, I was a huge investor that eventually would’ve helped Richmond County and provided so much better and simply the clerk office employees blew it, like I said to whoever reading this I never once experienced anything like it , it was so bad that me and my business partners have actually chosen to move to Atlanta for further investments. I feel bad for anyone that lives in Richmond county that has to deal with them, cause it honestly feels like they don’t care if you report them or if they get fired either.
