They completely misdiagnosed our boat and cause more issues then we started with. Things happen but they proceeded to be abusive and disrespectful to my husband to the point of thinking it would be physical when we went to get the boat. Most businesses react this way when they realize they my have messed up but do not have the ability to own it and correct the mistake. All very disappointing and unprofessional. If I could give a negative star I would. I see that they are friends socially for most of the higher ratings and that there is other reviews that say the same I do.
