Perfect living for a couple or small family with 1 child! Good neighbors an we don't worry about our son playing outside! Love the creek that runs behind our apt, makes me feel like im in the country lol! Never had any problems with the landlord either (as another guy posted 2 yrs ago) we've always been respected an felt safe & comfortable in our apartment/home at all times!

It’s under new management and as far as I know they’re renting out 2 bedrooms for 850 a month.
I do not believe so. They are just regular apartments, income is not taken into consideration.
I think there maybe a pet fee in not completly sure
Mine is $570. But we just went under new management, so I'm not sure if it will stay that way.
