I ordered their Tuesday 2 for 1 burger deal and was charged full price. No effort was made to correct the price and no explanation was given on why they did not honor the price on their own sign. I have a choice and I choose to never do business with this franchise again.

Typically, Sonic has been really good. However, I went and ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and a vanilla milkshake with my boyfriend at around 9pm. When he took a sip, he realized that the milk was in fact spoiled. I will no longer be returning to Sonic. I understand they are short staffed, but putting spoiled milk in a shake is disgusting. My boyfriend could've gotten extremely sick.

Today I went up there on my lunch break to get something to eat. I ordered my food only to realize that I didn’t have my wallet. They told me that I can download the sonic app (I did) to pay. I tried to connect the only card that I could remember and it didn’t allow me too. They ended up given me the food and that allowed me to eat. I appreciate that because it helped me to get back to work not feeling hungry.

I’ve never left a negative review in my life, but this location deserves one. We prepaid, waited 30 minutes, and even received the “Your Order is On The Way” msg, but we never received our order! Late for a meeting, we eventually just left hungry and frustrated. I understand places are low staffed, and we’re generally gracious. However at this rate, dine-in would be more reasonable.
