This really isn't a true hospital or ER. I know they try to be more than they really are but they have never been staffed properly so give them a break..

Brought my daughter in tonight, 5 year old special needs, the staff was rude. Not a single person acted like they wanted to be here or to be bothered to help. Will not be coming back

As I write this, my husband has now been in a room here at this facility for 28 hours. He has not spoken to a doctor in 24 hours. Find somewhere else to go. Update: Now 36 hours since talking with a doctor and 40 since we arrived. Just found out they have not been giving my husband his daily prescription for high blood pressure even though it is on his chart. Hmmmm… Final Update: 50 total hours in ER and 46 hours after seeing a doctor, the ER released us and we were moved to a real hospital. Again, find somewhere else to go.

This facility was worst experience I’ve ever had with Atrium. Staff were rude and long waiting time. Doctor did not listen to concerns/issues. Dr was very dismissive and I was discharged shortly after being seen, at midnight, feeling worse than I did when I went in. Misdiagnosed and provided tests and prescriptions for everything except what was needed. I would never recommend this facility to anyone who needs immediate care. Update: every response to a negative review you are asked to call a number. I have spoken with them multiple times and after escalating I have been waiting more than 3 weeks for the director to call me. They initially said they called with no response and closed out my case. There is no phone record on my end of the director reaching out. I’ve had to reopen the case and continue to wait to hear from the director.
