Predatory. Charged me +4k as part of their lease renewal scheme. They send a lease renewal offer inside your community that says you need to accept or it will expire. It looks as if this expiry is notice of not renewing. There is no deny or not renewing button. Only an of renewal that expires. As we did not intend to renew, we were allowing it to expire. Only because I kept getting notifications that I could renew did I contact the leasing agent. Only because it was annoying and I wasn't going to renew. This is now at 6 weeks to my end of lease. I ask how to just deny or end the notifications and they inform me that the only way notice counts is in writing 8 weeks before end of your lease. I tell them then in writing that I will not be renewing or paying for extra time. I cleaned up and moved out at the end of my lease and a week later I received a bill +4k for insufficient notice. That's it. Not that I ruined something or anything just insufficient notice. They do the expiring renewal offer and the constant notice to renew or expire but never again (not once) do they remind or mention the need to submit notice in addition to not accepting the renewal offer. The way the renewal is worded and the way it says it will expire makes it look as if not accepting is notice. I believe this is a purposeful practice to trap people into these outrageous fees. I will not be paying a single cent of these insufficient notice fees.

WOW!!!! Simply amazing. Both the property and the Property Manager exceeded my expectations. I am not sure at all what the experience was prior to this Manager; however, I visited today and saw a very well maintained property. Lawn and landscaping looked good. The units were spacious with up to date amenities within the actual homes. The area is a small secluded property off of a small road providing a very private, intimate living environment. The garages and the way of entering the homes are sexy with an extra space off from the garage area/basement that can be used for an office or even an additional room. The customer service that the property manager Lisa has provided me from my initial inquiry up until my signing of the lease was refreshing and not seen these days. She made this application process and my search for a new home effortless! I am grateful. Take a bow Lisa!

Overall decent townhomes. Dog park could’ve been maintained better. There’s limited parking and ABSOLUTELY NO street lights. Be prepared to rely on front door lights, cellphone or flashlight to walk to your car.

I am so looking forward to this being my new home. I love the upkeep of the grounds, and the townhomes are amazing, but DIANA is truly wonderful. She was very patient with me and when I brought back my daughter she wasn’t bothered at all to take the time to show her. I can’t wait to move in!!!!
