Went to pick up a load of axles headed for Ohio, pick up was on a Saturday. Got there super early in hopes to get loaded asap, appt time wasn't until 7pm, it's true things don't start popping until about 2-4pm, the guard Mike, was great, he tried all he could to get us in and out. His shift ended at 2pm, and when he noticed a bunch of Trucks were coming in to load at the same time, not only did he stay late, he organized everyone and everything we didn't get out as soon as we hoped for, but did get out 2 hrs before our original appt time, all while training a new employee, hats off to you Mike, Meritor needs to reward employees like you. Yard full of stacks of equipment and wood, difficult to back into done if the doors, especially 14 and 15. If bringing in empty racks, they only take those from 7am-2pm. They prefer load to be here by 1pm so they can finish in time to leave.
