Very pleasant experience. Went in for a free break inspection as my bmw had a notification showing it's time for brake system. Doing the inspection helped to see if both front and back break replacement were necessary. I didn't get that service at BMW. Once I knew what needed to be done, I received a quote, scheduled an appointment the same week and parts were ordered. The service was done very timely as stated in the quote and I paid what the quote said, not a cent more. Very satisfied and would recommend this specific location with friendly service staff.
