I had my first appointment yesterday and while I think their covid restrictions are a little extra, the staff was so good to me. I have a lot of anxiety that usually results in some involuntary tears. Not full on crying or anything but they could tell I was distressed and they took extra care to explain everything and reassure me that it would all be ok. I was so grateful to not be treated like a silly/stupid inconvenience and instead like a human in good hands. I would recommend them to those who are like me and have a lot of anxiety surrounding doctors/dentists.

I was very displeased with my visit. This was the first time I had been to the dentist and several years which I know is my own fault. But I felt like the dentist was very rushed and gave me no time whatsoever. He literally gave me one option as to what we could do had me watch a video and said he would be back only to never come back and visit with me about the procedure. I felt like he could have at least gave me a few options as to what we could do instead of just passing me off to the lady at the front desk to go over pricing. It was very discouraging.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE Allison, the hygienist, is the sweetest person! She made the cleaning experience so comfortable and was extremely accommodating! The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and so very pleasant! A quick and easy visit, that I feel is extremely affordable even without dental insurance. Thank you to everyone here! 😊❤

I've been going to this office for years now, and I've never had a negative experience. The staff there are very professional, and personable! I highly recommend Monarch Dental, and especially this particular team of professionals!
