I've never seen a number there. The guy that cleans up is usually there in the afternoon

Slide a note under utility room door with your contact information...more than likely you'll receive full compensation plus a voucher or cash for a free one ...these guys are pretty good about making things right
How do you contact the owner? I took my car thru the newest drive thru car wash and the front passenger brush wasn't working. The front passenger side of my car didn't get cleaned.
