This particular Ford dealership is wonderful. The service department couldn't be any more knowledgeable and friendly and Orlandois the best but after 3 generations of being Ford owners, this will be our last. After the treatment I received at Capitol Ford in Raleigh, NC, my family as well as anyone I talk with personally, will never buy another. They are rude, underhanded and untrustworthy. Do not go in there without a strong family member and never let a family member, especially the elderly, go in alone, not even for an oil change! I will write my horror story and make sure it's known. They don't care but you will... If you must get a Ford locally, only go to Crossroads Ford of Henderson. The only reason I went to Capitol Ford is because I was having issues while in Raleigh and needed an oil change. Maybe if I could have made it back to Henderson...
