My husband and I visited a few days ago. We ordered a breaded chicken sandwich meal,and a jalapeño burger meal. Everything was cold. The fries were cold and looked old. The chicken was very small and cold. The jalapeño burger was cold as well. Not satisfied customers at all.

A lot of employees were standing around talking when I came up to the register. Not one of them acknowledged me because they were not on cashier duty so I had to wait until the girl who was, came from the back before anything was said to me. I waited about 15 minutes and when I got my food, I immediately ate a frie which was cold, as if it had been cooked a long time ago. I am a truck driver so I did not have time to ask for fresh ones because I had to leave but I shouldn't have had to ask for my food fresh. It should have came fresh because that's what I paid for. This was my first time trying Whataburger and definitely my last.

Best Whataburger ever ! the only one i ever go to. I had an amazing time while dining in with my family a man name darius was very helpful with taking my order and bringing it out to me! he kept asking if everything was great so i will be back that you darius !!!

I just left this location, first off I’m waiting on my food I’m the only car there for about 30 mins. The pregnant girl with the long knifes as nails was just standing there talking with another male co worker about body parts which is so disrespectful she opens the window and carried on her conversation as if I wasn’t standing there ! I waited a good 30 seconds and drove off! She needs to be fired!!!!
