This is a great park if you’re looking for a quiet stay. Everyone keeps to themselves, and I never had any problems with anything! The owners are super nice and don’t bother anyone. I was there for six months and highly recommend this park.Awww, thank you Billy! We really enjoyed having you stay with us, and wish you the very best!!

This is the cleanest and most peaceful park to live in..The owners are very hands on and very nice.

Questions & Answers

Do you have mobile homes for rent? If so, how much & does it include lot rent? Any ou utilities included? Are utilities all electric? Do you accept a medium size dog (20-35 lbs) Thank you for your time

Nearly everyone on the park owns their own mobile home. The park does not own any rentals. We just lease out the mobile home spots, which start out at $190/month for water, sewer and trash services.

Any Mobile Homes or RVs for sale? How much is lot Rent?

Currently a private party has a mobile home for sale on the park for $32,000 to stay in the park. Mobile home lot rent is $190/month for most lots (includes water, sewer & trash). RV lot rent is $325-$350/month (includes water, sewer, trash & electric).
