We have been at the Abbey lane condomenium for over a year . It has been a enjoyable and pleasant stay . The staff is helpful and very courteous .all maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. The common areas and grounds are kept immaculate and clean . I recommend the place with no hesitation ..

Edit: after posting the review, Abbey Lane team responded below and requested to reach out. I hoped that they would want to provide an explanation or resolution. Reached out to them 3 times. Every time they say the manager will talk with us but she is busy and she never calls back. We are being jerked around by the management when we don’t even live there. Why pretend to be caring online when you don’t mean it? I would again say, place is very nice. It’s beautiful, quite and have good amenities. Dealing with management seems to be a different story. If you don’t mind bad customer service, this place is absolutely perfect. ———————————- Original Review: The place is absolutely beautiful and the community is fantastic. The living experience is wholesome. We lived in a three bedroom apartment with a pretty great view. The amenities were decent including pool, playground and gym. We would recommend this place to someone in a heartbeat. *****IMPORTANT NOTE****** Please check your lease and make sure you sign for exactly the number of days you need and not rely on automatic lease end dates. ******************************* This is the only sour spot of our whole experience was that we rented our apartment for 7 months which ended in Feb. Due to February having 28 days, the lease was till Mar 3rd or that's what we thought. We only needed apartment till end of Feb and paid full rent for Feb though we vacated on Feb 25th (which is as expected) but they charged us for 3 days of rent in March anyway. We never needed apartment for March, we never requested apartment for March but they automatically created the lease as such and then deducted money. Apart from that our whole experience was hassle free as we had no other charge. It would have been great if they have had explicitly mentioned it before so we could have set expectation accordingly. We tried to go back and forth with request for refund but it didn't work as it was according to lease. (The lease they created, irrespective of what we requested)

Ruth is great and very accommodating, and understanding. The office staff is very nice, maintenance is friendly. 4/5 because I do wish there was a fence around the playground, and prices are a tad high. But otherwise the community is great. We love it here.

No requirements at all....They say they do but they approve everyone! Worse comes to worse you will have to pay a full rent deposit. Its an awful place to live! I was there almost 5yrs and left after new management came in. Goodluck!

Your looking for a 1bdrm? you will pay easily $1200 nothing included! Add almost $300 more in amenity fees, trash, parking, water, etc....Then you have gas and electric to pay separate and all your other bills. I had a 3bdrm and was paying $2200/mth by the time amenity fees were added I was over $2500....Then came my electric and gas another almost $200. Research it before you go. I would recommend Crown Point around the corner or Ashwood Valley before this place. New management came in about a year ago and their awful!!! I didn't renew my lease and I actually relocated to Tx and have a house for almost 2,000 sq ft for $1595/mth.
