I have been to this shop on 2 different occasions. Both times brsiders were rude and had bad attitudes.The first time I received fulani braids which only lasted a week .I called back to have the cornrows done over and was told it would cost me 100 dollars to rebraid the front. This seemed ridiculous to me, considering I paid 180 for the while style. The second time I received goddess box braids which were uneven in thickness and began to slip put my hair within in two weeks. Despite my negative experiences I decided to give the salon a call to remove my sew in and get straight back cornrows out of sheer desperation.The woman who answered the phone hung up on me when u explained what I wanted. I called back and she rejected my call and texted me advising me to text her. I texted her and she did not respond at all. Work is decent at best, customer service is poor and bathroom is sketchy

The atmosphere was calm and clean. My braider (Claudia) did an excellent job and took half the time that it has taken in the past at other salons.

Good experience I walked right in and was seated. I asked for knotless braids and I was pleased 2 hrs and I was DONE! just like I like...I will be going back!
