The old woman with the long straight grey hair, that works here, needs an attitude adjustment. She does the absolute bare minimum; making snide comments the entire time. Never says "please," "thank you," nor "have a nice day;" and then waits until my arms are full of items and I'm halfway out the door to ask me if I want a bag.
