They refused to see an injured dog because he didn’t have an appointment.

I wasted 2 hours of my life, will never come back again. This morning, I was waiting around for someone to open up. These people scheduled my cat’s appointment at 815 am, I waited an hour and Banfield remained closed. Nobody answers the phone, my cat kept meowing for 2 hours stressed out in the cage. Unacceptable!

My dog was due for a Vaccine for last month and I was keep getting emails from Banfield. But when I called no one answered. I even left a voicemail. I tried to book an appointment on the app and it keep says “No appointment available for 2 months”. I been taking my dog to this place for 3 years and I don’t know why I can’t get an appointment. I ended up taking my dog to another hospital since he was past due for his vaccinations. You should give first preference to your current customers. Instead of sending emails about “Your pet is due for vaccination”, call us and make an appointment.

This location does NOT answer the phone. I’ve been calling for 3 days non stop and no one answers or gives me a call back. We are paying a monthly fee for what????

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
