Follow up, few months after having my bumper replaced the clear started to flake off. Brought back, and one person said sure we'll fix it then manager said he'll do it but normally he wouldn't. So I got him to clarify that it's normal for your clear coat (no paint damage) to chip and flake off due to bugs hitting your front bumper, he saw the flaw in his argument and that is why he "would fix it this time". Mind you this never happened before with factory laid clear coat. Now my front bumper has clear coat coming off all over. Wish I never had brought my car here. Just becuase they have a dealership name behind them doesn't mean OEM work.

Was not impressed with this establishment, it seemed all they were interested in was insurance claims and not an individual off the street just looking for minor repairs. Went there twice, first time waited 20mins with no help so left and came back 2 days later and finally got someone to talk to after 12mins and it seemed they didn't want to be bothered with my minor repair and their quote was extremely high. I have a 2021 Subaru Outback which needed a scratch on the door the size of a dime repaired and they wanted $1,500 for the repair. Bought this car from Dyer but will think twice about bringing it here for any future body work.

No, you absolutely do not have to have more than once estimate to complete insurance company requirements and begin work on your vehicle.
We will review the insurance company’s estimate. In many instances, additional damage may not be determined until the vehicle is disassembled. We will disassemble the vehicle, re-write the estimate and submit the supplement to the insurance company for approval.
We can help you arrange having a rental vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired. Often we can assist in the direct billing to the insurance carrier if you have rental coverage.
We will be happy to provide an estimate to repair any other damage. Please let us know about any unrelated damage when you are dropping your vehicle off.
Yes. We warranty all our repair workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. The parts warranty will vary based on the manufacturer of the part.
