Boat shenanigans !

Johnny brooks is a poor salesman. Tried to pay cash for a new trailer, all his responses to my questions were short clipped and provided no info. And Iv never met a dealer unwilling to negotiate on price. Will take my business elsewhere.

We stopped in to see if by chance a mechanic was available to glance at our boat motor that had an issue with the fuel. They did not have someone available, but Ian offered to take a quick look to see if the fuel was priming. He came out and looked at the motor to find the primer and was able to resolve the issue in less than 5 minutes. Ian went out of his way to help us when he did not have to. Extremely professional and friendly.

I am a dealer and I picked up a trailer that they loaded the wrong trailer and threatened to call the cops on me despite me buying several trailers from them. Spend your money somewhere else. They loaded a bigger trailer and told me the one I paid for was there and I had stolen the bigger trailer. Wow just wow. I paid it and will no longer be doing business with a company that is so poorly ran. Employees make mistakes but threatening a customer is uncalled for.

My husband and I bought a 2022 Bulls Bay 22ft from Scott he was amazing so nice fast and helpful our boat was ready less then a week and we are absolutely loving every minute of it thank you to Scott for being so awesome!!!!
