Unfortunately, I thought everything was a smooth transition throughout the year, but when it was time to leave the storage, cubesmart could not help us out with an insurance claim that had to be done for furniture replacement. They said we responsible to move out the furniture that is no longer going to able to be use because of incident which caused for an insurance claim. They could not prove us with help in moving out the furniture. At the end of the day, a little bit of assistance could have been proved for the incident that occurred.
