I have been a customer at this storage facility for several years and recently encountered an issue where my payments defaulted. I was able to work with them to construct an abandonment agreement so that I could pay the amount and remove my effects instead of them being auctioned off. Felicia was absolutely amazing and helped me sort out this issue with a satisfactory outcome for all parties. I really appreciate her assistance throughout this entire process. She was incredibly detailed in her notes and explanations. She sent me emails keeping me apprised of the process and informing me on how to proceed and answered all of my questions. I would definitely come back to Storage King for my storage needs in the future.

When you reserve a unit online, they don't honor it the next day. Terrible. I reached out multiple times, via online chat and email since there is no phone number to call and actually speak to anyone until they get back to you on their terms. I waited 4 hours to finally speak with a supervisor who said "reserving online does nothing, that they are first come first serve". So why even have the option to reserve a unit online!!!?????? Ridiculous customer service, the reply below is just for show, they literally help you in no way at all. It's impossible to talk to a human when you're on a Time limit.

I'm moving OUT ASAP!Their are several problems I see with this place..first day another customer almost hit me moving in!They had carts AT FIRST..I'm too old to be carrying belongs in..mostly some of the customers are rude and inconsiderate..it CLEARLY reads on the sign at the gate NO TAILGATING..they do it anyway..and speeding up behind you!Not recommended AT ALL..and the TOP of the storage had bob wire ANYBODY can't cut threw AND they "supply " a rolling ladder to use!Quick moves are not suggested..I was in a rush..I even excepted one with some gunk on the floor ..I cleaned it myself..but that was my fault I volunteered.
