Horrible service, please save yourself a headache by not shopping here. These people are money hungry !!! It’s evident that all they care about is the money. I lost $2000 because of them, they are not willing to compromise . Also the living condition of the birds there is poor, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, it’s not a responsibility resourced store

Faith hope

We feel very unwelcomed when we go to this shop. Bill sits there and not even a hello. Needs to retire already. His wife looks at us annoyed. And we are respectful, friendly people. Then charge for the services. We will gladly pay. My daughter especially feels very uncomfortable in this place. Will never go back. That shop has not been cleaned in ages. Yuck! And I am not surprised you lack class and professionalism. You respond to every review like a little boy so defensive instead of being humble and learning from the feedback. You should be more professional and perhaps people would be willing to give you a second chance. Every time we have gone to that dump for that horrible free service, we have always purchased something for our bird. Why offer the free service if you don't mean it.

doesnt deserve one star!!! The store is gross, and super smelly, and dirty dirty..birds in small cages.. I really feel the suffer of the birds there.. they should be all rehomed and store should be closed.. horrible place for birds
