It's a good multiplex. It's clean and we'll maintained. The concession area is full of options to please most people. The prices are comparable to other theaters in the metroplex. The seats are comfortable for a normal movie, 90-120 minutes. Any run time greater than that, the seat becomes uncomfortable. The restrooms are kind of hidden, well hidden. It would be in your best interest to locate them before you take your seats.

Great job to the nice guy at customer service. So we bought tickets online for the new Bad Guys movie and we ended up getting charged 2times. My husband went to get that fixed, no problem we got a refund for 1 charge then went to watch the movie. Well then people are sitting in what we thought was our seats but when the lady refunded one of our charges, she cancelled our seats accidentally too. So back to customer service, a very nice gentleman named Mr. Green took care of us and quickly. He refunded our drinks and popcorn as well and because "The Bad Guys" movie was completely sold out he completely refunded our tickets and let us choose a different movie, plus gave us some complimentary tickets for next time. He was so respectful and kind to us and our 3 kids. Thank you employee JGreen!!

Protective Dad Pranks

Are you kidding me? First, I can pick my seats and come in right before the movie begins and not wait 30-minutes early to get a good seat? Wow! And if that's not enough... Reclining leather seats! All with no blocked views... And no dang kids kicking my seats because each row of seats (accept the front two rows) has walls for privacy. Note: They fixed the blue lights in the seats issue... Yes! This place rocks. Easily my first choice when watching movies!

OPENING DAY FOR ADDAMS 2!! My family decided to catch it this afternoon since the mall was close to where we would be. I bought our tickets through the Atom ap, made everything so easy! And once you get to the theater, the ticket person just scans the QR code. No need to print off the ticket if you use the Atom ap (I know some require you to visit the kiosk to ring tickets off, but Atom didn’t. Good way to save paper!) We ordered a Pizza Hut personal pan, which was about $11; however, it was hot and tasted delicious! And there were special Addams 2 kids cups that came with the snack pack deal, $6. There’s no refills allowed, supposedly the price for drinks has been reduced to reflect this though. The luxury loungers we’re comfortable and in great shape. They were not torn and the button to raise the leg rests worked! In case anyone was concerned about quality of seating. My family and I had a great visit :)
