It says you open at 9 and I'm sitting here in your parking lot at 10 to be exact and your doors are still locked if this is not the time that you open at 9 you should change it

Asked them smoothly who is the person name in charge of that place that your thinking about opening one yourself and number so you can speak to him directly. Be slick about out cuz they're going to tell you they're the owner. Then you tell them what's going on in the establishment.
