WARNING TO ALL: SAME FRANCHISE OWNER OF STUART, FL. If you are trying to get away from this franchise because of how poorly management treats people, DO NOT GO HERE. RUN AWAY!!! A closer proximity to home is NOT worth the stress and painful experience. Travel to Port Saint Lucie or PGA instead. The aesthetician manager, Julie and the Clinical franchise manager for Martin county, Lori, both treated me HORRIBLY!! They do not care at all about their customers. They are argumentative, rude, and will talk above you and interrupt you. Not to mention, in trying to excuse their poor communication, she literally said it’s not their jobs to inform customers of pre-peel do’s and don’ts. YIKES. If you cancel within 24 hrs they will crucify you for it but if they cancel you within 2 hours of your appointment, TOO BAD! Deal with it, right? I was given an IPL add on for the inconvenience only for Julie to take it away because ‘I had canceled first….’ That’s vindictive and I don’t doubt that they canceled my appointment on purpose. The most unprofessional management I’ve ever dealt with in my life works for the Martin county franchise. RUN AWAY!!

Last two appts cancelled same day as massage scheduled. When I cancelled the morning of my massage due to having a fever and not wanting to expose them-I lose the massage I’m entitled to with my monthly membership. In addition, very difficult to schedule a massage as availability is very limited. Have been a member for years. Am cancelling it now.
