Appelquist sold me a "free phone" claimed I just had to pay the taxes on it, which I did at the time. I just paid the rest of the balance, most assuredly wasn't free. Boo on me for trusting a salesperson instead of reading the fine print.

My experience was the Auto-Pay takes 60 days or longer to begin to automatically withdraw my payments from my bank account. I had to make 2 payments manually on the day my bill was due.

I have been in your store twice today, once yesterday and once in the Eldridge, Ia store yesterday. I still can't use the phone that I just got yesterday. Is it time for me to go to another provider? I can't call anyone for help
