It is a great park. Clean, neat, quite and lifting to be around the lake. It's a good place to run, read a book, meditation, play tennis or disc golf and picnic with your family and friends.

Path is nice and wide and clear. About a mile and a half for the whole trail.

That is a negative. If you are caught, you will definitely be in trouble. Plus, I don't think I'd want to. It's pretty gross
Yes go can. The edge of the lake has a few benches even that can be nice to fish from but it's really open and clean so you can sit just about anywhere.
