I worked with John at the helping hands community partner. John takes the time to answer questions if you got them. As a first time home buyer, I got tons. He is very fast at responding to emails/calls and can be at reach any time (very very important). John knows the ins and out of loan! He got us a great interest rate, therefore I am very happy!
