My very close friend is one of their behavioral health technicians, and man when I say management is terrible, I mean TERRIBLE. They prove time and time again that they do not care about their techs as well as the families they are trying to help. They took away her health benefits when tough times came about, and withheld them from her after she “earned” them back. Whatever you do, find another form for your child and let these guys die out. The children and the technicians should be a top priority and clearly it is not with this firm.

I do not recommend TW Ponessa. Aside from the two personal therapists I have had, a couple's clinician intern, and a nurse who has been helpful, nothing else other experience has been well received. The people working the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are curt, and, one woman quite frankly, doesn't seem to have an education that went past grade six. My girlfriend and I have been through a therapist who was leaving the company (didn't tell us) and when we canceled an appointment, within reasonable time, she had the audacity to leave me a voicemail threatening to drop us as a client. Then when I called to say something, I was told, "She's not with the company, what do you want us to do?" Then was handed off to interns. One of which didn't know what to do. Then when we were placed with an actual clinician, my girlfriend and I were arguing in a session, and the therapist told us to "handle that in your own time." I sent, personally, from a fax machine, my own gene testing, they are now withholding from me, stating I need to get it from the company I had it done with. I got it done in Colorado. It was something I sent over in the initial paperwork from two and a half years ago, when I first started going to this facility. My med provider quit, and they didn't tell me until a day before my appointment. I was allergic to a medication she had prescribed me that would have shown on the gene test had she looked far enough back on my record. Unprofessional company. Do not recommend
