How do we begin sing the praises of Angel and Melvin? They were absolutely amazing in the clean up of the water damage to our home. We came home to 6 inches of water from the upstairs to the basement. When they called late Sunday night, they would have had someone here immediately, but we asked them to wait till Monday, some we had time to get some of our stuff out of the way. They had the drywall and insulation down, the flooring and carpet taken up and the ceiling tile all removed and disposed of before they left here on Monday. They also had all the drying machines and dehumidifiers up and running. They were kind, thoughtful, courteous,professional and very thorough in taking care of all the damage that occurred from the water. As they were working, they explained what they were doing and what to expect next. They got the information quickly to our insurance agent. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Angel and Melvin. They made a very bad situation easier to accept. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Angel and Melvin. ServPro came to our home when our washing machine leaked down through our kitchen ceiling. Their crew came to set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the affected areas.
