Every time I come to this location (closest drive to me) to do a return, the associates are unable to find items I am returning on the receipt. All the items I had to return today, were all purchased on the same day and on the same receipt. Christmas time was a nightmare, I ended up taking all my return items back home and highlighting all of the items I was returning on the receipts to coach the associate through the return the next visit because after 30 minutes at the register the associate was unable to “find” every other item I wanted to return. Store policy apparently is that money can only be returned to the card purchased and you must have the the card with you or they will not return your money to another card or cash, only store credit. - Extremely inconvenient for busy professionals. As a TJX credit card holder, a frequent spender and a former high volume retail manager I feel TJX and specifically this location need to do better training associates and taking care of customers. It’s no surprise why everyone seems to shop online these days! If you do head out to TJX stores hit up Auburn, MA or Framingham, MA! No more Dayville “convenience” trips for me!
