I was a bit nervous reading all the reviews about the horrible attitude of the front desk attendant. But I was pleasantly surprised by all the ladies super friendly and quick service. The phlebotomist Cindy was amazing!

Contacted the office to find out the time they close the lady stated that they lock the doors at 3:30 p.m. and to arrive before 3:30 p.m. and they would still take my mother for her bloodwork. Arrived there at 3:25 and the door was locked. I knocked and the lady came over to the desk and shook her head No and continued her business. I called the office number again and she picked up and hung up. I will be emailing director once I get her name. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. POOR QUALITY SERVICE.

The person that attends the front seemed like she was having a bad day and she made sure the clients knew. HORRIBLE attitude. She needs to relearn more customer service.

If you want to go to a place with horrible service this is your place. Unless you want to be attended rudly I would recommend coming here. Don't get me wrong the people that actually do the blood work are friendly and nice but its the people that attend the clients in the front that made me not want to come here
