A few blocks from Fordham university! Have been visiting this fantastic one-of-kind pizzeria for some years! They never changed their quality, friendly demeanor and JUST PLAIN authentic, delicious, flavorful BUREK! Hands down to these owners for their recipe, BOBBY FLAY THROWDOWN requested! This is the only eat-out spot I have the spinach burek ( aka spinach pie), on ocassion they have the pumpkin burek. The fresh yogurt drink, tulumba, rice pudding, baklava, and meat and cheese burke are ( in my opinion) their specialty and always fresh!

Horrible service I asked for fresh byrek and they told there is not such on option we have to sell the old ones on the counter first , the girl who serves there told us they were made over an hour ago ,, and they could not make us fresh , we had to leave.I do not recommend eating there , we drove 25 min to eat a fresh one they refused to make a fresh byrek , go to Dukagjini byrek there is a fresh byrek at any time ,
