MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!! Filled out paperwork in July to switch over the lease from my mother, signed and submitted the paperwork to THE OFFICE only to be told in September that they can't allow the lease to be switched. Other than that they never fix anything in a timely manner and unless you speak Spanish be prepared to look out for yourself.

They set up this new automated voice system makes it absolutely impossible to get in contact with someone. I've left voice mails over my bathroom sink issues that's been going on for weeks to months. The maintenance staff keep doing the same thing and this new person started blaming me for letting hair go down the drain but how many times in a few weeks would cause seweg to back into my sink?! I took pictures and showed it to the maintenance worker and he kept gas lighting me saying it was my hair. He refuses to admit there could be a worse case scenario for my sink issues. That I had to have multiple maintenance emergencies in the last 3 to 4 weeks. Water started to fill my sink when the faucet was off.
