I don't know maybe it depends on the time and day you go but I went with my daughter and I was waiting for like 10 minutes before someone took my order. Like I get drive thru gets busy and yall have a time and speed to keep up with but I had seen so many employees working and so many of them passed me and never took my order. I remember when I worked at dunkins it was always customers first never let them wait. But I don't know anyways I went to grab a drink from the coolers but I guess it was locked and I had some girl just giving me that look, like mind your business. And do your work. The food was great but the employees it's a whole diff story.
