Medical staff is professional, friendly and competent. Dr. Fortier and his staff, nurse Peggy and front desk Ices, are quick to respond to my needs. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to see my medical staff. The best primary care team I've ever had.

Company is inconsistent with their scheduling team. I have called numerous times and no one returns phone calls to book appointments especially after having emergency issues to follow up on. Their portal system is not workable and continue to have issues dossier having reported them. The doctor I originally was seeing was Mark R and after the office representative informed me of a couple of cancellations and no shows told me in a unprofessional way that the Dr didn’t want to see me anymore and would drop me. They do not have a consistent follow up team for appointments which leads me to believe they do no care much about their patients h less we reach out ourselves. I will not be referring or recommending to this business.
