I was in a bind today, my daughter recently broke her foot and as we were leaving this morning for school I noticed one of her crutches was missing a screw: I ran over to Babylon surgical hoping he could help and he came through big time. Not only did the gentleman replace the washer the screw was also bent and he had it fixed in no time. I opened my wallet to pay him and he insisted that I put my money away. I was in such in hurry that I didn’t get his name. Thank you so much and I wish this business great success!! Thank you Babylon Surgical Supply!!!

Gregg is the best. He literally went out of his way to order me what was needed and did his best researching his stock to help me get through the period of time until the order came in. If your ever in need, I'm sure he'll do his best to help you out!!

Don’t give this store your business. I called to inquire about a product and the guy answered the phone very rudely and said “what!” Then hung up without saying bye. Just disgusting.

Unfortunately have had to use this place many times do to illnesses and needing hospital equipment for the home. The owner is the nastiest man I've ever met. They even lied about a setup fee for a hospital bed on their website. If you call up and try to be nice he'll tell you he's very busy right now and then be a real stinker and stop you in your tracks and ask what do you need. If you can find another surgical supply store please do, I will.
