Need ‘script’ called into pharmacy. Trying to reach doctor… Called, texted, voice- mailed, online portal, spoke to nurse and off hour care center. Begged pharmacy and health insurance to help reach doctor too. It’s been 5 days and still no reply. This place doesn’t deserve any star! 🤬

Calls are never returned. They do not respond to the pharmacy. I have had prescriptions canceled due to non response from this clinic. I was sent a letter advising that an appointment for an endocrinologist in Medford (far from me) was made for me. When I called, I was advised there was NO record of that appointment for me. I called the endocrinologist, there WAS an appointment for me, so I canceled it myself. was also told that there was a teleconference apppt for me, which I never made. I waited for the call, no one called.

Free I do not think. You pay I think $ 30 the consultation. It is a public clinic but it is always paid.

You can't sign something you don't like. You can also sign as received and under your signature write "NOT ACCORDING"
