The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I think there's a new lady and she is absolutely rude I don't even want my mail to go to that post office. If you don't like your job quit or maybe they need to just fire her!

They return mail constantly that is properly addressed to my PO Box. Have called twice in the past two weeks about it! How hard is it to put mail in a mailbox?

A lot of people give the post office and the USPS a hard time regarding mailing packages. I have not had the same experience as others have had. I come to the post office for passports and packages and this little post office in Ault is very friendly and helpful.
