The only affordable, clean, quiet, well kept place in Greeley. I loved my spot and the office was willing to help with any issues that arose.

If you passing threw on vacation, don’t waste your time. New owners since last time visited. Was going to stay one more night but not open on Sunday. The grounds are not unkept like before. No quiet hours., constantly having vehicles coming and going all threw the night. Spoke with loud exhaust.,No wifi any more. It is a arc park focused on making money on yearly events people that are out of state working in oil field. More like a trailer park. So beware vacationers.

I called this morning and talked to Anna very nice lady. So she said that manager will be contacting me so I can get my name on the list we talked for 20 minutes or so! Well let me you if your thinking on coming here and getting a space don’t waste your time cause this Mary should not work in the public eye cause she is very rude unfriendly and discriminates. Another thing is I got legal advise and discrimination these days is not a good thing specially if I pursue it!!! My fifth wheel is older but in a better shaped than others!!!! plus I was never told by anyone that referred me that your trailer needs to be newer than a 2012, so dream on and keep discriminating lady if it wasn’t for the pipeline you wouldn’t have an RV park open and operating, well not after I’m done with this discriminatory action!!!!

Driving across country needing a spot for the night to pull through, wake and continue on our drive. And every where in in CO seems to be booked out this place wasn't & the customer service was awesome and the availability was even better! If you are a camper/rv family just passing through then this is ur place! Showers are coded and clean grounds are maintained and easy access.

Sorry, don't understand? Do you mean how many available? How many overall? How many sites what? Thank you for your reorganization of the question. Peace out.
I have a service dog and was told anywhere anytime.
I talked to them last week. All the sites were taken until the 15th of November. I know pepper pod RV and campground had a couple of sites, but it's short-term only. It's located in Hudson, CO. Enjoy the outdoors! Peace out.
