WATERTOWN CROSSING 😳 I can’t imagine how it would be actually living here one they never answer the phone I’ve been calling for two months now I took the chance of driving out there and I’m from another state we finally seen a supervisor or manager From the office she stated they were closed it was only a little after 4pm she did say that they didn’t have anything available to keep checking back I’ve been checking back for two months now it shows on the site That they have 3-4 bedrooms available but no one ever answers the phone only the offsite operator which always takes the name down and states that they’re going to forward it to the leasing office is never ever a return call I’ve been doing this for two months and when you speak to the offsite receptionist she speeds through her repetitious greeting so fast you can’t understand what she’s saying initially. I’ve search the site to see if there’s anyone that we can complain to higher management but there isn’t so again I can’t imagine how it is to live there I do have a friend that lives there and she’s pleased. We only desire a safe comfortable and desirable living for our family. Please return calls families depend on you and other leasing management for safe living.

Watertown Crossings used to be good back in the days but everything is slowly changing and not in a good way. Never mind visiting your family or friends that live there you have to park outside on the street and walk. What’s even worse is on snowstorms, the Maintainance guy uses company equipment to shovel his parking spots out while everyone else in there is stuck for days. I will find the owner of properties and bring this to his attention ASAP.

They never ever answer the phone. I’ve been calling for rental information and always get transferred to an answering service who never knows anything about anything. They say that they put in a request for a call back but I’ve never received one. This has happened 3 times!
