Sterling House center is a wonderful place for families children and people in general they've helped my family many times and I also just got a free tree because this year I couldn't afford it for my family.

Yes you can volunteer if you are 13 or older
No, we don't have senior Tai Chi, however, we do offer Chair Yoga. The Baldwin Center, next door, does offer Tai Chi this July.
I was just there today they helped my family get a tree so I believe so you should call them definitely or just go there they're always open and if they are they're willing to talk to anyone
