I live a couple miles from this store. I've been coming here consistently for three years. I've never had any issues here. It can be a bit pricey, but I've interacted with over five people who have worked here and they've all been respectful and helpful. Products and services can be a bit pricey, but the staff has always been legit. No one is slacking off here and it's sees a lot of foot traffic. I recently came in to ship a large odd shaped item I was going to sell to someone across the nation. Javier provided me a quote I was able to take back to my customer. Once we determined I was shipping it, I was provided some shipping options, recommendations, and after a few hurdles of trying to get this item shipped, we got it done. I really appreciate the fact Javier took ownership of helping me. In the end, I saved money on shipping costs, the item was packaged appropriately, and he helped me conquer my logistic needs to make a sale in a single day. He could have easily told me this location doesn't have a box that exactly fits, or provide me a lot of other excuses, but instead he worked out good solutions all while assisting other customers simultaneously- mad props and respect.

Five freaking dollars to use the computer to print out a piece of paper for $.25 looked at me crazy when I asked what’s five dollars for? Never again

Says it opens up at 830 online and on the window and they casually show us at 853. People have things to do. So unprofessional!

The SLOWEST UPS store ever!! There is ALWAYS a line out the door. It's like he's SUPER slow on purpose. And there's always only 1 person, even on the weekend. Will go to any other instead.
