Terrible Service. I paid my bill in full on Monday. I'm always on time with this bill. It was accidentally disconnected on Tuesday. The representative said I would get my service in 48 hours which is Friday. Very low quality service. I have one of the highest packages, unbelievable waste of money. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this to anyone. I will consider my options.

I believe you can, but they close early on Saturday.
It shows it open at nine but I went there April 12 , 2021 at 9:05. Other people were outside waiting. A guy came and put close until further notice. Then two minutes after he came back with another note saying temporarily close.

You can go on line to optimum and input your zipcode and it'll tell you if your area is covered
First how do you know ypu are hooked up to WIFI? Does your laptop say you have a network connection? It sounds like you're not actually connected
Some type of block/blocking mau be turned on in your settings. Weird that it's effecting both devices though...

The optimum website says everything is fine of course even though downdector is reporting 14000 people saying they're having issues. It's not working for me right now.

Sounds like (another?) call to optimum might be the way to go. Personally I feel they have declined since being bought by altice. And their costs for service (other than basic service) have skyrocketed.

It depends if your a new customer or existing one... Generally new customers can get silver level triple play for under $100. You have to call them for the price.
I don't work there so im afraid I can't tell you why. I'm a customer. You might try going on to their website and chatting online with one of their representatives. I found that to be a good way to get questions answered without having to be on the phone on hold.
